First, this is a real girl (two girls?) in a mannequin suit. We've all written or read a story about such a suit, and here it is, for real. Made of latex, or possibly even hard plastic, it gives the wearer an artificial look. In this photo, you can see in the hands that she is real, and some in the face, but at the same time, she looks amazingly fake. We can all pick out the elements. Posed feet for heels, smooth crotch, mold lines and joints. All the elements that are added to well done image edits.
