The Living Mannequin Circle is proud to present these photos of April. She has offered her modeling services to the LMC for a limited time.
These photos were shot earlier this year. April has expressed her love for theart of posing. We at the LMC are glad to have her in our presence.

aprilb01 - April had tried to shield herself from the blinding flash in the sky, but suddenly found she could no longer move. Her dress also evaporated, leaving her standing frozen and alone in her undergarments on the street corner. Two men came, and carried her like a mannequin into a nearby apartment, standing her up again near the door.

aprilb02 - Working quickly and efficiently, the men bent her arms down to a more natural position, commenting among themselves on her shapely body and glossy new finish. April observed all this as if in a dream, feeling very comfortable and detached despite her ordeal.

aprilb03 - As April was readied for shipment to her new life, she could only stare at the ceiling and wonder what the future held. Strange that she did not seem to mind what had been done to her, in fact she seemed to be looking forward to it. April couldn't decide if this was an effect of the mannequinizing flash, or if they had somehow known of her secret fantasy before they had chosen her.

aprilb04 - April started to look over at what her husband was fiddling with just as she felt her body lock stiffly into position. "Oh", she though, "He's playing with his new freeze gun again." She hoped he would not keep her frozen long, she still needed to finish getting dressed for this evening.

aprilb05 - "Strike a new pose" her husband said, and before she realized what was happening she spun and stuck her hands out, head to one side. He must have made some improvements to his gun, she thought.

aprilb06 - New cloning technology revolutionized the mannequin-transformation business. Now realistic mannequins could be produced in volume without needing a new victim for each one. The April series has been particularly popular.

aprilb07 - April-series mannequins soon found there way to private collectors. Their ability to be reposed at will made them very versatile, although they were usually left sitting in order to avoid unsightly support rods.

aprilb08 - April posed to show off her pantyhose-clad legs as the photographer prepared to snap his first shot. "This series will go quickly, I promise" he said as he watched for the charge light on his special flash. Very quickly for her, that is.

aprilb09 - Once the strobing affect of his camera flash had induced the catatonic state in his model, the photographer was free to repose her as he wished while she was no longer aware of the passing of time. He moved her arm up to give him room to repose her legs, then decided he liked it suspended like that. A few minor adjustments, and the pose was complete.

aprilb10 - Continuing his floor-series with the ever-patient April, the photographer put both hands behind her and crossed her legs. As he was loading a new role of film, her eyes suddenly fluttered as the flash's affect wore off. "Wow", she said slowly, "that really did go fast. You've already taken a role of film?" The photographer just smiled, placing the exposed role in his bag with the six others he had taken while she was frozen.
