I think I can answer this mystery...

By my recollection, the woman in the window is Marti Cate. She's a performer who has a number of characters: Clown, Mannequin, Space Traveller. At one time (and presumbly still so) she had a business called Unexpected Company. You can find her at:

This is perfect. We were running out of poses to use and were jumping from site to site looking for mannequins positions to imitate for our photo shoots. Our search is over. LMC is my home!
