This week's ep of Charmed has the girls power stolen and used against them.
Quote:
All Mabel can do is shriek and raise her hands helplessly in panic…which freezes the arrow six inches in front of her face. Mitzy turns to see that Paige and Phoebe are also frozen.
Quote:
Phoebe and Paige instantly unfreeze and their weapons hit the floorboards, embedded into the wood now. Piper unfreezes, too. Piper; "What just happened?"
May be interesting...

Above average in what has been for the most part a consistently disapointing show.
I'm sure I'm not the only one around here annoyed by the evolution of the freeze power to a "blow up" power. Also, wasn't it said to come later because it was more "advanced"? Why was it that someone just figuring it out could blow up things easier than freezing them? I know, I shouldn't even try with that show, but what ever happened to internal consistency?
Okay, I feel better now.

Yeah, that should come as a warning to all you guys who can freeze your wives. If you're not careful, you can blow her up, after a while of practicing...

Well, the way I figure it, the character had to get married and have a child before she discovered the power (or developed it) to blow things up. Just ask any married woman how much we can piss them off, and it takes a child to drive you to point of needing to just let the anger out (after all, you can't very well blow them up).
