Somebody posted this Elsewhere, and was right:

The movie Chicago has a great scene in which Richard Gere "operates" Renee Zellweiger as though she's a ventriloquists dummy. For several minutes, during a song. She's made up like one, and does an excellent job of looking and acting boneless and artificial.

Not quite a living mannequin, but I figure y'all might be interested anyway. (And it's a good movie besides, especially if you like jazz and sexy dancing.)
