Isn't funny how you try and sweep things under the rug so fast with your comments....yeah I was emailed....but only after I made this post!!! Come on man, just apologize for your actions for not getting back to me after emailing you several times. What a professional you have turned out to be by posting the word *chuckle* as your subject in reply to my last post. Next time I am at work and an angry customer calls me, I will just chuckle and act like he is wrong and I am right. You know what they say, "The customer is always wrong, so just chuckle when he complains."

The last time we visited this board was the 18th. We got an email the evening of the 24th (Monday) from you. Your post here was at 8:25 PM on Tuesday, but we had already emailed you by Tuesday morning at 10:28AM letting you know that we had gotten your email and were aware the problem and were working on it. We fixed your account Tuesday night and emailed you at 8:06 AM Wednesday (26th) letting you know it was repaired, just 6 minutes after we got into the office. We didn't see your post here until 11AM Wednesday.

Still no apology....nice...real nice....you are right and I am the stupid customer who is totally wrong I guess. Maybe that is how it happened to you, but it was not that way in my stupid customer mind. I emailed Bailee and you on Sunday night...no replies...then emailed Bailee back on Monday night again....then on Tuesday afternoon I still have nothing back from anyone and notice you have been on the message board writing Dosman on Monday...I think anyone could see my point for getting a little upset...so I decide to post a message here so maybe someone will finally contact me. Yes I was contacted...but took 3 days!!! Oh, wait, what am I saying? Maybe I should just go crawl back in my stupid customer hole because you will never give an apology like most managers or owners would do. I have a question for you...are you trying to get my business back and have me refer your business to other people? Not sure how to figure you out since you have no feelings towards others...there I go ahead, stupid customer...Me be quiet, Me wrong, You right.

While I did not feel an apology was warranted, (see timeline of events), we did extend your membership. Not by three days, which is the length you requested we extend it, but a full 15 days.

I am perplexed. After reading your posts here yesterday, I asked Bailee if such hostility had existed from you in your emails to her. She said no, you had been very nice and the correspondance had been friendly.

We would enjoy having you as a member for as long as you are having fun at the site.

Just wanted to remind everyone not to waste their money on this site. I should have listened to you guys to begin with. The postings have been very erratic and don't show any imagination, the last 5 or 6 have been shot in there garage! I was signed up for the last three months and very few photosets came on any kind of a regular basis, one September photoset was not posted until the end of Oct/beginning of November, so I never even received access to that one, but when I contacted them and tried to work something out they told me I would have to rejoin. Rejoin!?!? just to get a photoset that was supposed to be posted a month before, WHEN I HAD A SUBSCRIPTION!!! They also have been passing peoples cgi material off as photosets, no offense to the person who created the story it was very good, the point is I joined to get photosets of real women, not computer generated ones. Just wanted to remind everyone to frequent sites that are customer friendly and make sure things are dealt with in a consistent manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

The short time I had a membership, I must say that it was not very good. Updates were not made when promised, the work was shitty on top of that.
I dont recommend it.

I'll also contribute to this thread. I had a subscription with scifisexnetwork.com twice. I should have learned my lesson the first time. The work is shotty and not very true to asfr, not to mention that the people who run the site make empty promises.

I'd love it if this site was run with a bit more care, hell, i'd even pay more than 40 a month if the content was worth it.

ok i'l add my two cent's here i have to agree with jay the update's can be a pain in the A$$ but as for not being asfr ? that i have to question that they have freeze stuff and robot's and i have to think that most know what asfr stand's for Alt $ex fetish Robot's so for not haveing asfr they do i know i have a membership right now and i have in the past i only renew when it look's like they have good stuff that i want i'll be renewing when oops and The remote come out in the movies or when they get more freeze stuff that look's good they may not be the greatest site on the net but they are makeing stuff which i appreciate and i'm willling to pay for unlike (hypnofun, darkerhalf and nancy) to name some who took our money and gave us nothing and to you people that can only complain and not even give a name but GUEST save it if you dont have the nerve to post a name your complaint's dont have any creditability at all and are only takeing up space also as for posting there stuff NO i dont agree with that stealing is stealing it's not ok just because you dont like the site and that's all i have to say about that

Hi Guys,

I'll chime in here as well. I think there are 2 distinctly different issues here. The first is content. SFSN definitely caters to both the freeze people and the robot people among us as far as photosets and movies go. Quality of said content varies greatly. Some of the stuff is low quality and you can tell that not much thought or planning went in to it. But there are times when they do hit the nail on the head and deliver a set that is great. For catering to such a small niche in the fetish community I think they do a fine job delivering a lot of the content we like to see. They do some alien stuff as well some marionette themed shoots that don't do anything for me but I am assuming they have members who enjoy those as well so I won't knock them for trying to cover all their bases.

The second issue is customer service and timely updates. What moutainbiker said on this subject is unfortunately true. Updates are extremely slipshod and rarely on time. There used to be a set day when updates would appear but thatis no longer the case. Updates are posted when they feel like posting them now it seems. Rarely are members given any type of reason for the delays in updates and when they are it is more often than not after said update was to occur. I know Bailee and Co. provide content for several other sites (Hypnobabes etc.) and there doesn't seem to be the same problems over there at the Sleepy Realm. It is rather irksome to be considered a second class citizen when I pay just as much if not more for my membership at SFSN than I did at HypnoBabes.

Here is the dilemma. Do you join SFSn because they are the only game in town? Do you not join to show that poor customer service isn't tolerated in any spectrum, content be damned. I have joined 4 or 5 times now and expressed my elation on the message board there when they do nail a set. I have also been quite vocal about my displeasure over the lack of timeliness of their updates and explanations as to why they were late. ( So vocal that I'm sure a couple of members wanted me to shut my pie hole. ) Another thing that just came to mind, they have a bad habit of deleting some of those posts that aren't so positive which I'm sure is some sort of damage control so new members don't see anything that may be seen as a reason to not reup when the time comes. Kinda weak IMHO.

My final verdict on SFSN...To me the content warrants $40 every so often so I renew. However, if they were to improve in the customer service aspect of the site, I'm sure I would renew when my subsciption expired rather than waiting for them to build up a lot of content so I don't feel upset that they don't update for 3 weeks. I really feel that it's a case of if they had more customers the content and timeliness would improve but you can't get more customers when you're not providing good customer service. Either way, if you've got the money to spare and know ahead of time what to expect then SFSN is a good site to check out...at least one time anyway. If your fetish dollar doesn't go as far then I would hold off. As for me, my subscription ran out a week or two back so I'm gonna hold off on reupping for a bit, or at least until I see a robot and/or mannequin set that warrants my immediate attention hehe.
