Aww, darn... I think I missed it. Was this October 2003? I believe I was in the Green Bay area at that time. If I had realized Weathervane was doing this, I'd have gone over and taken a look myself.

BTW, I like how the article said these were volunteers (i.e., probably no previous experience doing this?). If I were in their same heels, I'd jump at the chance at doing this... even if there were no discounts or free clothing.
