You know, with all this talk about that Hudson's Bay commercial from Canada, I just remembered seeing another commercial of note from Canada (and I wish I had taped this one as well):

It ran in November for Men's Work Wearhouse and involved a pretty brunette woman at a party who comes across a guy she once dated, his name being Jeff (if I recall right). She's very upset at Jeff (the old "You never called me back", etc. kinda thing). She then proceeds to throw her drink at Jeff when everything freezes Matrix-style (the scene rotating at freeze; the contents of her drink in mid-air).

At this point, a clerk from the Mens' Work Wearhouse suddenly appears in between the two, surveys the situation, and tells the frozen Jeff something like, "You know, a waterproof vest from the Mens' Work Wearhouse would come in handy about now." Then the clerk snaps his fingers two or three times, a nice-looking vest suddenly appearing on Jeff each time he does. He stops when one that looks good on Jeff appears... then says, "Oh, and while we're at it...." The clerk snaps his fingers one more time, and the brunette girl turns into a nice blonde, holding the same position and the same drink as the brunette. The clerk disappears and the freeze is removed. The drink lands on Jeff and the blonde apologies... until she recognizes Jeff as someone she used to date, at which she gets a serious look on her face. As they start to argue in the background, the clerk pops back in. "Oh well," he says, "at least the vest worked."

All in all, a pretty nice commercial IMO.

I've seen that a couple of times, and it wasn't too bad. There's an older, more disturbing one that for obvious reasons is not being shown that has a blonde holding a baby without a diaper and suddenly in starts to take a leak. Matrix freeze again, but the whole baby thing just ruined it for me. The was a third, but no woman involved.

I just realized I erred on my original post... I remembered the store's name incorrectly.
The commercial was for Mark's Work Wearhouse, not Mens'.
