Cabas is a colombian artist, he combines traditional folklore music from the colombian coast with modern elements such as rock guitars drums, and electronic music. This song is from his first album (named same as him.) The song lyrics speaks about a man wich is betrayed by his girlfriend. The doll represents his love, something that he cares and watches, but when he's betrayed is just forgotten. a "Bombón" is like a lollipop, a candy, wich is a common term in Latin America to define a very beautiful girl, like in english's "she´s so hot", in spanish will be something like "ella es todo un bombón" this video was released in Colombia in june, 2001. Here's a translation from the song chorus:
