That's cool, that's the group that does their act in the "France" section of Disney Epcot Center. The buildings in the pictures match those I took in 2002. Too bad I missed the girl doing it, but it was still cool. If anyone's planning a trip to Florida, don't miss it.

Hey!
I remember I saw that living statue when my family and I went to the Epcot centre a few years ago - she was performing for a little while and we walked by there a few times (the pastries were great ). I remember she was very good at it. She always had a crowd around her and people would go take pictures with her (mostly kids as I remember it). And she always kept her eyes closed... I don't know how she could tell what was going on around her but she seemed very aware of her surroundings.
Actually, if I remember correctly, there was another living statue/mime there too, but she was in a sort of harlequin outfit (kind of like a jester) and she would hop around on lamposts and pose for a minute or two, and sort of make you jump when she moved again (she was very quick!) Now that I remember it she had a sort of theatre mask on which disguised her face (like those theatre masks but made to look more like an expressionless woman's face).
I think she might've liked my kid brother (he was 16 at the time and she was probably a few years older at most), cuz she kept trying to get his attention in a cute sort of way. As it turned out, my parents ended up taking a picture of them together, but the next time we went back there she was gone.
That was the only time I ever saw a living statue (or two) in the flesh, and I must admit it was quite impressive!
