You can access my collection via ftp.

Yes, some directories named are in spanish and no, I will not change them, they are in my computer and not exclusivelly to be public so the names stay.

You can access this with any good browser (and some not good browsers too) by puting this as the URL:

ftp://ftc_guest:[email protected]

Or you can use any FTP client of your like.

Like I said before the server is not 24hs online so there is no warranty that you will always login properly.

I have found a lot of peopple entering, where are you?, talk to me about this!.


BTW At 8:00am (GMT-3) today (8-July) I started the server and if there is no problem it will be on until Saturday (10-July) 10:00pm (GMT-3).

Ok, here is the situation:

I use my computer remotelly for work. I only have 128kilobits of outgoind bandwidth. I didn't expect such a response to this ftp stuff, but today I barely can use my computer, so I will put off-line the FTP server while I need to work.

Probablemente tu cliente te tire al raiz de mi sistema (algunos lo hacen). Andá a /home/ftc_guest, ahí está todo.

Well good peopple, I have use my sysadmin superpowers and add a public directory.

This is a dir where you can upload anything without any restrictions.

Rules:
- You can upload anything
- Every file you upload must come with a text file (.txt or extensionless) with the same name having your mail and stuff.
- I check it when I can and...
-- Move the file where it belongs inside the directoty tree
or
-- Delete the file in a few days if it is not of my interest

Looking at my FTP server log I found there are a few popple who use browsers/ftp clients that do not take you by default to the 'home' directory, that's not a security problem for me, but can be annoyng if you can't find wath you were looking for.

So, I wish to know wich are those softs that do that and here is the "absolute" path to the colection:

/home/ftc_guest

thank u for your ftp,and some ftp browser don't have a correct dns sever to your ftp addresss.
they can use the ftp://200.122.23.208/home/ftc_guest with your ftp user name and password you have left to access your ftp.
