I think it was finally decided that the mannequin suit picture was in fact a very realistic sculpture, although perhaps there is still some room for debate. At any rate, I don't think such a suit is currently available. I'm sure that some of us who have some real-life experience with how to make someone look artificial would be glad to give you some tips, though. The easiest way to get a pretty good plastic gloss is just plain baby oil, but it can be a bit of a mess.
